A Taste of Southern Hamptonality

Our area has always offered a dynamic selection of accommodations ranging from budget to luxury, many unconventional, and each with a unique story and flavor of Chatham County. The opening of the new Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Pittsboro, Chatham Park’s first hotel and the county’s first Hilton property, is an excellent addition to our selection of places to stay. With it, we look forward to welcoming more guests for leisure and business travel to a property that reflects the best of our destination.

Cheers, To New Beginnings

This is a significant moment. Over the past couple of years, from groundbreaking to permitting and final inspections, The Pitttsboro-Siler City Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) has worked closely with the teams at Bryant Corp and Hampton to offer them destination marketing and sales support. Seeing everything come together has been a rewarding journey. Now, we are thrilled to share with you that the new Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Pittsboro in MOSAIC at Chatham Park is officially open, taking reservations, and hosting guests.

This property adds 120 rooms and suites to our existing inventory and brings our total room capacity (hotels and regulated bed and breakfast inns) to 346 – more than a 50% increase! With this space, we look forward to welcoming more travelers to our area for farm-to-fork dinners, golf getaways, spa treatments, tiger tours, shopping excursions, craft beverage tastings, and all the little things that make Chatham County one of a kind. Your friends and family can fully enjoy the festivities this holiday season, knowing they can avoid the traffic and escape to their Hampton room instead. Connecting rooms make planning family travel a breeze – or, leave the kids at home for a romantic weekend getaway in one of their suites.

For event organizers hosting functions at nearby venues, planning room blocks for festivals, sports, weddings, and group travel just became significantly more manageable. There is space available in Hampton’s Chatham Room to host more intimate gatherings that complement your celebration. With just a short, ten-minute drive between the hotel and the Chatham County Agriculture & Conference Center and an even shorter walk to 79° West Innovation Hub, it’s an incredibly convenient option for business travelers attending meetings, workshops, conferences, and tradeshows in our area.

Through the lobby, you’ll find an open lounge and seating area with soaring lofted ceilings, huge windows streaming with natural light, a double-sided fireplace, wood and marble accents intermingled with elegant Scandinavian furnishings, and beautifully appointed light fixtures. Another special touch: the flooring is over 100 years old – reclaimed from the owner’s barn in Owensboro, Kentucky!

The intimate bar seats six and features the “Hoptanality” – a signature beer from local bmc brewing that nods to the brand’s commitment to a culture of “Hamptonality.” Pick up a sweet souvenir at the treat shop: Hampton Honey, made in Chatham County by Rocky River Bees. On the first floor, you’ll also find their event space, cozy cubies for smaller meetings, a 24-hour fitness center, and access to the outdoor pool and patio. Works from local artists are featured on the second-floor gallery wall and in rooms throughout the property.

Seven of the 120 rooms are ADA-accessible, and 28 are studio suites (including a wet bar). No matter your room, it will always have the following:
