We’re also at your service if you’re planning a wedding, meeting, or group function at one of our venues (and we’ll connect you with our vendors); interested in hosting a sporting event; filming in our county; requesting media assistance; or if you need visitor services and assistance.

Pittsboro-Siler City Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is a Count On Me NC-certified organization.

We love sharing our destination and look forward to providing guidance on safe travel for you. We want to make sure your stay is only as eventful as you’d like and we’re here to provide you with as much planning assistance as you need.

The Pittsboro-Siler City Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is Chatham County’s destination marketing organization (DMO) responsible for travel and tourism promotion and visitor services. The CVB is the liaison between potential visitors, media, and/or film scouts and the local travel industry. The CVB is the catalyst for visitor-related economic development. The occupancy tax, a three percent tax paid by visitors and collected by local lodging facilities, can legally only be used to promote travel and tourism. The CVB is fully funded by this tax. The CVB has won more than 21 destination marketing and innovation in branding awards in marketing, public relations, newsletter, website, visitor services, ecotourism, stakeholder relations, social media, and industry partnerships.
