79°West occupies a modern facility within the MOSAIC mixed-use development at Chatham Park, built to current ADA standards. The space is wheelchair accessible throughout, with accessible entrances, pathways, and restrooms serving the coworking areas, private offices, meeting rooms, and The Homestead Room event space. Free on-site parking includes ADA-designated spaces with short, level routes to the entrance. Guests with specific access needs are encouraged to contact 79°West in advance at [email protected] or 919.891.9179 to confirm accommodations for the room or event they’ll be attending.
The mix of spaces is well-suited to a range of sensory and processing needs. Telephone booths, meeting rooms, and quieter coworking corners offer low-stimulation alternatives to busier shared areas. The back patio is a great option for those who need to catch their breath. Free, close-in parking reduces transition stress on arrival.

A coworking membership allows access to a regular space to work and collaborate in a thoughtfully designed, flexible community workspace. The space has solo and group desks, comfortable meeting spaces, conference rooms with full A/V capabilities, phone booths, and all the usual amenities—plus, access to its exclusive programming.
