The Plant hosts its first Okra Jamboree Sun, Aug 4, 12pm-6pm. Learn more about the okra plant and its health benefits. There will be family fun festivities for all ages – vendors, live music, and a best chef competition. Sponsored by Kingston 99 Kitchen. Participating businesses at The Plant include Fair Game Beverage Company, bmc brewing, Starrlight Mead, Chatham Cider Works, Metal Brixx Cafe, Rachel’s Native Plants, and Hempsmith Clothing Company.
