Our area is primed for a new hotel. For a little more than two decades, we’ve anticipated adding one to our collection of accommodations. We were excited when the talk of one became a possibility, with a timeline that became less ambiguous with the Pittsboro Hampton Inn & Suites at Mosaic groundbreaking in 2022.
The hotel will be welcomed by our guests, meeting planners, and event organizers when it opens in Chatham Park. As we look ahead to the next stay and prepare for this welcome addition to our area, we are collaborating with the Malcolm Bryant Corporation in putting a Chatham stamp on this long-awaited-for property.
What is more?
One of the most fulfilling aspects of destination marketing is the focus on a unique and authentic brand, one that gives guests reasons to share their experiences as memorable, special, worthwhile, and more. We’re looking for that extra that enhances the special features of a business and gives our guests reasons to return. We’ve found that appeal as we’ve had discussions with team members of the Malcolm Bryant Corporation.
One of our many initial questions was to ask about their approach and their plan. It’s a broad question, which led to much good discussion and more questions. One of the best ways to learn about what we can expect from the new hotel is to look at the current Malcolm Bryant Corporation portfolio of hotels, each acclaimed: Hampton Inn – Louisville Northeast (Circle of Excellence), Hampton Inn Owensboro South (Circle of Excellence), and Hampton Inn & Suites – Owensboro Downtown Waterfront (Hampton by Hilton’s Deal of the Year). Adding to that portfolio with an aim to more than double that success bodes very well for the Pittsboro location at MOSAIC in Chatham Park.
Inspiration and innovation
We wish for all our itineraries to inspire guests and are always seeking innovative ways to present travel opportunities in our area. All of it aligns with the plans for the Pittsboro Hampton Inn & Suites at Mosaic. Storytime with the General Manager; an inviting lobby space that appeals to guests and offers a flavor of Hampton by Hilton while evoking a Chatham charm; a meetup location for birders, paddlers, hikers, cyclists, and others; and more. A hot breakfast kicks off the day of exploring. The hotel bar will be the first stop before an evening filled with promises of good food, drink, and music in town and a safe haven for a nightcap at the end.
Soon, we’ll have an opportunity to share more about this inspiration, with a hotel that will plug into creating a space that considers personalization, customization, and care for guests. Even working vacations will provide the best balance of technology, convenience, ambiance, and wellness while away from home. We look forward to sharing more in our next blog.
