In early April 2010, Roost’s home and garden treasures were moved to Dovecote to make way for something quite different – Roost Beer Garden in Fearrington Village! Set in a casual courtyard under large oak trees, Roost offers a charming place to share a drink and conversation with friends and family al fresco! Savor wood-fired pizzas crafted entirely from scratch. Fresh toppings, house-made sauces, and simple, quality ingredients come together to make a pizza that’s rustic, flavorful, and unmistakably Fearrington. They’re proud to sell beers on tap by locally-owned Carolina Brewery, carrying some of their award-winning signature beers. Roost also offers other draft beers, a curated selection of wines by the glass from Fearrington House Restaurant Sommelier Troy Revell, bottled ales, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Roost is open for outdoor dining on Thursdays and Fridays, April-October, 4:30pm-7pm, with a rotating list of artists performing in the evening from 5pm-7pm. Roost is open for takeout only in the winter months (November-March) on Fridays, 5pm-7pm.
