A brewpub and full production brewery opened in Pittsboro in 2007 and, since that time, Pittsboro has brewed, canned, and kegged beers, available on tap in bars and on shelves in retailers throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and East Tennessee.
The team at Carolina Brewery & Grill makes everything from scratch, with local ingredients whenever possible. Their friends at Lilly Den Farm provide top-quality beef that’s fed Carolina Brewery specialty grains. Carolina Brewery & Grill proudly uses local ingredients from The Bread Shop in Pittsboro, Chapel Hill Creamery, and Lilly Den Farm.
