    Forest Tinkering Camp at Sun Star Farm is a small group of 12 campers led by 2 counselors. Forest Tinkering Camp is very different from Tinkering School's format.  Campers spend most of the day in the forest based in the camp's new shelter, learning and developing a variety of outdoor skills: flint-knapping to make arrowheads, chopping wood for daily campfires used for cooking, gathering native plants, making fishing nets, building a water filtration system, whittling sticks into tools, improving in archery, and telling stories of yesteryear.
