Fearrington House Restaurant Wine Director Troy Revell has challenged himself with presenting as many different styles as possible using a single grape during this Winter Series Wine Class at Fearrington Village. This series is hosted in three parts on the following dates:

• Thu, Jan 16, 6pm-7pm Cabernet Sauvignon.
• Thu, Feb 6, 6pm-7pm Pinot Noir.
• Thu, Mar 20, 6pm-7pm Riesling.

A few small bites from Chef Gagne are included, and wines tasted will be available for purchase at the end of the event. The class will take place on the Terrace behind the Fearrington House Restaurant. This $75 all-inclusive wine class is non-refundable.
