Join Fearrington Village for a Wine Class – 6 Ways of Rosé on Thu, May 15, 6pm-7pm. We all have an idea of a classic Rosé wine, bright, fresh, crisp, light strawberry notes, perfect for summer sipping, probably from Provence? Well… that is just one style amongst many options! Rosé actually has a vast range of possibilities showcasing different techniques, philosophies, and most importantly, flavors.

You’re invited to join Fearrington Wine Director Troy Revell as he leads you through a kaleidoscope of possibilities, exploring varied selections from around the world, including French selections of Tavel and Tibouren, Spain, Lebanon, and probably something sparkling… all perfect to get everyone in the mood for summer. A few small bites from Chef Gagne are included, and wines tasted will be available for purchase at the end of the event. The class will take place on the Terrace behind The Fearrington House Restaurant.
