Wine Class – 6 Shades of Rosé
You’re invited to join Fearrington Wine Director Troy Revell for a Wine Class – 6 Shades of Rosé on Thu, Apr 23, 6pm-7pm on the Terrace behind The Fearrington House Restaurant. We all have an idea of a classic Rosé wine: bright, fresh, crisp, light strawberry notes, perfect for summer sipping, probably from Provence? Well… that is just one style amongst many options! Rosé actually has a wide range that showcases different techniques, philosophies, and, most importantly, flavors. Troy will lead you through a kaleidoscope of possibilities, exploring a range of selections from around the world, including a French Tavel, something Italian, a surprising USA selection, probably a sparkling in there… all perfect to get us in the mood for spring and summer.
A few small bites from Chef Gagne are included, and wines tasted will be available for purchase at the end of the event. This $75 all-inclusive wine class is non-refundable. If your plans have changed, please feel free to send a lucky friend in your place! Just send Fearrington an email with their name or have them bring your confirmation email. Fearrington Village is part of the Chatham County Craft Beverages & Country Inns Trail. See more events at Fearrington Village.
