Wine Class: High & Dry – Clare Valley Wines will take place at Fearrington Village on Thursday, Sept. 17, at 6 p.m. Led by Wine Director Troy Revell, the tasting explores Australia’s Clare Valley wine region, featuring Riesling, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and other varieties. Guests will learn about the region’s climate, elevation and soils while enjoying a guided tasting accompanied by small bites from Chef Gagne. The class will take place on the Terrace behind The Fearrington House Restaurant. Tickets are $75 per person, and wines featured during the class will be available for purchase following the event.
