En Plein Air at Fearrington Village explores the art of painting outdoors! Artist Ann Lawtey will help each artist find a way that works for them, whether they wish to interpret realistically, expressively, or push their process toward abstraction. Participants should have some experience with drawing and painting. This is a no-pressure class. A fun experience is guaranteed, regardless of your skill level. A special thank you to Ferrington Village and Fitch Creations Inc. for allowing participants to enjoy Plein Air Painting on site and supporting Chatham County’s visual arts program. A lunch break is included. The recommended supply list can be found here. This one-class session takes place Thu, Oct 9, 9:30am-12:30pm. Registration opens Mon, Sep 8, and closes Mon, Oct 6.
