Join instructor Penny Pau for this exciting Vegan Asian Cooking Demo Sun, Jun 9, 11am-2pm at Piedmont Farm Animal Refuge. Chef Pau will give a full demonstration of her Japchae recipe, a Korean stir-fried noodle dish featuring fresh vegetables and BBQ-sauced crumbles. This demonstration includes a full meal for each guest. Additionally, there will be tips and recipe handouts for creating Chinese Cucumber Salad and Thai Mango Sticky Rice (dessert) at home.
