Taste of Spring – Vegan Cooking Class

Join Piedmont Farm Animal Refuge for their Taste of Spring – Vegan Cooking Class on Sun, May 7, 11am-2pm, located at their Pavillion. If you’re looking to expand your culinary skills in the kitchen, then you won’t want to miss this vegan cooking class with Chef Nikki May. The menu for this event includes:

Tickets are limited! This event will be partially hands-on and will include a full meal. And since some of Nikki’s talk will include information on vegan egg substitutes, there will also be time to visit some of PFAR’s wonderful chicken residents at the end of class! Please note that you will not receive physical or digital tickets, but PFAR will have a list of ticket holders at check-in.

Nikki has always had a passion for cooking, baking, and entertaining. Growing up as a child, watching her great-grandmother cook from scratch in the kitchen was always interesting. She’s been surrounded by inspiring, good-cooking women her whole life.
She loves creating vegan desserts and seeing the reactions on people’s faces when they take the first bite. She specializes in vegan desserts and bread.
