Plan a trip to North Carolina's 13th distillery and the anchor of The Chatham Beverage District at The Plant for tastings, tours, or just a beautiful evening on the pavers. Discover house-made spirits and craft cocktails, local wine and beer on tap, and a pantry well-stocked with NC gourmet foods and goodies. Fair Game Beverage Company hosts occasional spirit-release parties, workshops, and monthly open mics, poetry readings, and improv classes on Wednesdays. Visit Tuesdays for $10 tastings and Fridays for $5 pint nights. Event space is available, including in the Tasting Room and the back "Wheelhouse" room.
