24th Annual Flatwoods Festival The Flatwoods Festival is hosted by the Tri-County Ruritan Club and celebrates a fun family experience. Festivities include an antique car, truck, tractor, and horse parade; food vendors; craft vendors; inflatable jump houses; and live music.
