The Chatham County Agriculture & Conference Center (CCACC), the largest publicly owned flexible meeting space in Chatham County, is an ideal venue for weddings, meetings, conferences, conventions, trade shows, workshops, and special occasions. The space offers excellent proximity to the nearby Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Pittsboro at MOSAIC at Chatham Park, as well as nearby short-term rental properties and bed-and-breakfast inns. Local shopping and dining are located just two minutes down the road in Pittsboro.
CCACC hosts numerous public and private events throughout the year, including Spring Ag Fest, ClydeFest, and Ancient Arts Festival. In October 2024, CCACC served as an overnight stop for the annual Cycle NC Mountains to Coast Ride, hosting 800 cyclists.
FEATURES The venue offers a 6,000-square-foot exhibit hall that can be divided into half- and quarter-sections, as well as 2,000 square feet of additional meeting room space, which can be divided into 3/4 (3 meeting rooms combined), 1/2 (2 meeting rooms combined), or 1/4 (1 meeting room). There is also a lobby, a catering kitchen for approved caterers, restrooms, and diverse outdoor spaces for functions.

- Ample free parking is available on site, with space to run shuttles to accommodate more guests and facilitate multi-stop visits. Shuttle services are available through Chatham Transit.
- Classroom, theatre, and banquet seating are available in the exhibit hall; classroom, theatre, and U-shape setups are available for the meeting rooms.
- Rentals include setup and access to 8ft rectangular tables, 72″ rounds, and chairs.
- All meeting rooms are fully equipped with standard conference technology and feature fully integrated telephone and data services. Sound control is carefully monitored between meeting rooms to prevent distraction and to maintain efficiency and productivity. ACCESSIBILITY
It is CCACC’s goal to make its facility and events accessible to all guests. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), they offer the following accommodations. They ask that you please notify CCACC staff at the time of reservation if additional ADA accommodations may be necessary.
- Six (6) spaces for regular-size vehicles and two (2) spaces for vans, for a total of eight (8) accessible parking spaces. Vehicles must display proper state identification.
- Drivers may drop off and pick up passengers with mobility issues at the building’s main entrance.
- The center has accessible entrances on the east and west sides of the facility, as well as the main entrance.
- Accessible restrooms and water fountains are available throughout the center.
- If you need first aid assistance, please contact the nearest CCACC employee. In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions of emergency personnel and staff.
RATES
Rates are published here and are subject to change. The public can reserve space up to 18 months in advance. Nonprofits funded by Chatham County government are eligible for discounted rates and may reserve space up to 120 days in advance. CCACC requires everyone to furnish a certificate of insurance. For events involving alcohol, the caterer must provide an additional $1 million liquor liability policy.
ALCOHOL
Alcohol can only be served by an approved caterer with a current ABC license. Cash bars are not allowed. Alcohol service is limited to 3 hours, and service must cease no later than 1 hour before the scheduled event ends. A security deposit of $1000.00 will be held for events where alcohol is served. Requests to serve alcohol must be approved by the Event Coordinator before the event. Please review CCACC’s full alcohol policy for more details.
CATERING
CCACC has specific rules for catering services. You may only use caterers approved by CCACC. If you would like to use your own caterer, the caterer must go through CCACC’s approval process.
