Join Yoga Garden PBO for Worldwide Candle Lighting Day: A Grief in Motion Special Event with heart2heartnc—a global remembrance event honoring children who have passed too soon—on Sun, Dec 14, 6:30pm-8pm. This heartfelt evening is part of the world’s largest mass candle lighting. Each year, on the second Sunday in December, a wave of light encircles the globe as families and friends come together at 7pm local time to commemorate and honor the memories of sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, and grandchildren who left too soon. As part of this special Grief in Motion event, participants will honor and speak the names of loved ones who have passed.

The evening will include:

• Guided movement and breathwork inspired by the Kundalini yoga tradition.
• Moments of stillness and reflection.
• The ceremonial lighting of candles.
• Live music and healing sound.

heart2heart is a non-profit that offers holistic services to individuals, families, and the community as they are walking the path of death, dying, and beyond. Their mission is to offer the healing modalities of sound, gentle guidance, touch, and movement in a safe, accessible space for all people. Space is limited, so please preregister. This course is being offered by donation; no one will be turned away due to a lack of funds.
