Wheelhouse Music Sessions: The Stifftones + Chet Nichols
Join The Plant and Fair Game Beverage Company in Pittsboro’s new listening room for Wheelhouse Music Sessions: The Stifftones + Chet Nichols on Fri, May 15, 7pm-9pm. The Stifftones are more than a band; they are the architects of a mission. Led by husband-and-wife duo Shaun and Rachel Stief, they operate as modern-day traveling bards, fueled by a philosophy of belief in the American Dream and the defiant spirit of rock’s golden age. Their sound—a potent fusion of Midwest grit, Bakersfield country, Inland Empire-inspired punk, East-Coast cheese, and heartfelt Rock and Roll, wrapped in magic—is what they call the “Rock & Roll Devival.” Imagine if Fleetwood Mac and The Rolling Stones had a love child….
Sip and shop the Chatham Beverage District, part of the Chatham County Craft Beverages & Country Inns Trail, with local beers from bmc brewing, wines and ciders from Starrlight, spirits from Fair Game, and sake from Koshu. Local dining available at Kingston 99 Kitchen and Ta Contento. The event takes place indoors, and the admission cost is $20 per person. The Plant is accessible to guests and will do its best to accommodate any additional requests. Please contact [email protected] with any accommodation requests or accessibility concerns. There is free parking. Pets are not allowed. See all events at The Plant.
