Join Starrlight Mead for Tending to the Heart on Sat, Nov 1, 7pm-8:30pm, as part of The Road to Death Faire. In support of the 10th Annual Death Faire, set aside sacred time to tend to your grieving heart. During this special event, heart2heartnc offers the space to love fully, grieve deeply, and bring comfort to yourself and the community. Cathy Brooksie Edwards will lead you through a powerful journey of breathwork, light movement, and healing touch. As you travel the transformative spaces of the fall season, musicians Amy Durso, Lolly Dunlap, Sheila Fleming, and special guests Will Ridenour and Richard Edwards will provide a soulful soundscape. Hands-on healers will be present to provide light energy work during the soundscape’s rest period.

Please bring your own yoga mat, water, a blanket, and any props that support your comfort as you relax in the stillness of your tender heart. Chairs will be available. Feel free to arrive several minutes early to prepare your spot and settle into your sacred space for participation. This free community event at Starrlight does not require advanced registration. Tax-deductible donations are welcome and support the ongoing work of heart2heartnc as they bring needed healing to the community. Participants can donate online or at the event.
