Join The Sycamore and Fair Game for an exclusive Sycamore Whiskey Release Dinner on Tue, May 20, 6pm-9pm. Celebrate the launch of The Sycamore Whiskey with a thoughtfully curated four-course pairing dinner. Crafted in collaboration with Fair Game Beverage Co., The Sycamore Whiskey will be featured throughout the evening in specially designed cocktails and pours to complement each dish. $25 per person deposit collected towards $90 per person event price.

• Fresh mixed greens with Glacier Point bleu cheese and champagne vinaigrette, paired with Sycamore Whiskey.
• Spiced barbecue pork belly with succotash, paired with The Lion’s Mettle — whiskey, lime, Angostura syrup, and cardamom.
• Pan-seared venison with whiskey glaze and garlic mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, paired with Sycamore Whiskey Manhattan with fig Madeira.
• Whiskey root beer float.
