Join The Plant for Queer Taco Thursdays hosted every Thursday, February 5-April 2, 6pm-8pm by The Lavender Social. Tired of the apps? Let’s go analog with this low-key, high-vibe weekly meet-up for the LGBTQ+ community and allies. Whether you’ve lived in Chatham County for years or you’re just passing through, this is a space to build community, share a meal, and enjoy one of the most unique spots in North Carolina. Coming alone? Perfect—that’s how many group members got involved! Bringing a friend or a partner? The more the merrier. This is a grassroots, friendly gathering designed to help us connect in real life.

They’re centering the night around the incredible flavors of Ta Contento (vegan and vegetarian options are both available. Sip and shop the Chatham Beverage District, part of the Chatham County Craft Beverages & Country Inns Trail, with local beers from bmc brewing, wines and ciders from Starrlight, spirits from Fair Game, and sake from Koshu.
