This annual celebration coincides with the launch of Carolina Brewery’s new seasonal menu, with items including:

• Jalapeño Poppers with house-made pimento cheese, bacon, and cotija.
• A Slider Sampler Platter featuring cheeseburger, fried chicken, and pork belly sliders.
• Rainbow Salad with romesco-glazed chicken and blueberries.
• Steak Protein Bowl with blackened steak kabobs and Carolina Brewery’s new Western Carolina BBQ sauce.
• The Romesco Burger with goat cheese and balsamic caramelized onions.

The menu pairs perfectly with Carolina Brewery beers, including the return of the seasonal Sky Peach Kölsch, a light, refreshing summer beer perfect for cookouts, patio hangs, and holiday weekend gatherings. Carolina Brewery’s new Western Carolina BBQ sauce also debuts on the seasonal menu, bringing smoky-sweet regional North Carolina barbecue flavor to several dishes.

Free parking is available onsite. The downstairs space and patio are both wheelchair-accessible, including wheelchair-accessible parking, seating, entrances, and restrooms.
