If you’ve always wanted to learn to make your own meads at home, then Starrlight Mead has the class for you! Mark your calendars for their Beginning Home Mead Making Class on Sat, Jun 13, 10am-1pm. They’ll guide you step by step through the process of making a “cyser” (honey and apple). You’ll learn about proper sanitation practices and the equipment needed to make a great homemade mead. Take home your own gallon of mead, made during class, with instructions on what to do with it when you get home. No mead-making experience is necessary.

This class is $75 per person and $100 for couples. Adults 21 and older only, please. This event takes place indoors. Starrlight Mead is part of The Plant. The space is wheelchair accessible, with parking and entry available behind the production facility. Additional free parking is available on-site. Pets are not allowed.
