Learn the fundamentals of bonsai during the Art of Bonsai workshop on November 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Robin’s Nest at For Garden’s Sake. This hands-on class explores the horticultural and artistic principles of bonsai, including design, pruning, wiring, pot selection, potting, and tree care. Participants will create their own bonsai while learning about traditional styles and techniques from experienced bonsai artist and educator Ken Hallatt.
