Join The Plant and Fair Game Beverage Company for a special edition of Talks at The Plant: A Brief History of Gin on Sat, May 16, 12:30pm-1:30pm. Join Master Distiller George Dusek for an informational hour all about the history of gin. Everything from the botanicals used to the infusion process and bottling will be discussed. Tastings of Fair Game’s Balancing Act Gin will also be available! This event is part of Gin Season Opening Day. 

Sip and shop the Chatham Beverage District, part of the Chatham County Craft Beverages & Country Inns Trail, with local beers from bmc brewing, wines and ciders from Starrlight, spirits from Fair Game, and sake from Koshu. Local dining available at Kingston 99 Kitchen and Ta Contento.
