Join Yoga Garden PBO for The Power of Music: Songs at the End of Life – A Workshop with Marie Vanderbeck on Sun, Nov 23, 6pm-7:30pm. Sing fearlessly with Chatham County singer and teacher Marie Vanderbeck for a meaningful, musical journey as she shares songs intended to bring comfort at the end of life. In this participatory workshop, Marie will guide you through both individual and group singing techniques. Together, you’ll explore harmonies and heartfelt songs that offer solace to those nearing the end of life and to their loved ones. No singing experience is necessary—just a willingness to show up and sing from the heart. This space is open to anyone who feels called to offer songs of comfort to the dying.
