Fearrington Wine Director Troy Revell met Hugo earlier this year and, within 10 minutes of tasting through the lineup, had invited Hugo back for an evening event. Troy says, “The Pinea wines ride that line of elegance and complexity, as all great wines of the world, where you can enjoy them with a fine meal or more simply on their own. They are versatile and unique, and we cannot wait to share them with you.” Chef Paul Gagne’s 5-course dinner menu will pair with 7 memorable wines.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Pinea winery resides in the Ribera del Duero of central Spain, a region known for big, dark-bodied red wines.
