Join The Golden Present Studio and Embodied Soul Healings for Embody Your Sovereignty – Learning, Practicing, and Living Energetic Tools, hosted every Sunday, February 8-March 1, 11am-1pm. This four-week, in-person immersive series is designed to empower you with the education, tools, and confidence you need to practice energetic hygiene. Through teaching, guided practice, Reiki, and energy healing, participants will learn how to safely ground, protect, embody, and maintain their energy while remaining connected to the world around them.
This series is intentionally held as a contained group. Each week builds upon the last, allowing for nervous system safety, energetic integration, and progressive depth. Participants will explore grounding, energetic hygiene, boundaries, sovereignty, and integration through both practical tools and embodied experience. Aura readings, energy work, and Reiki will be woven throughout the series to support clarity and integration. Each class will include energy readings, clearings, and Reiki healings at no additional cost. No prior experience with Reiki or energy work is required. This is not a physical movement or yoga class. Registration is $258.88 per person and is available only for the full four-week series.
