Visit The Plant for second-Sunday festivities, vendors, live music, and brunch, hosted every Second Sunday, 11am-4pm. Grab a bite to eat at Kingston 99 Kitchen and JDub’s PoBoys, sip brunch cocktails from bmc brewing and Fair Game Beverage Company, enjoy a cup of Vortex Roasters coffee (or two) from Metal Brixx Cafe, and get some aggression out at Chatham Axes. Tours are offered every Sunday at 1pm. You’ll learn about The Plant’s history, why they do what they do, and the native plants throughout the property. The tour begins at the guardhouse and, fittingly, ends at Rachel’s Native Plants.
