Attend the annual Pepper Festival in Pittsboro this fall, an afternoon of peppers from Piedmont Biofarm, food and drink from local/regional restaurants, live music, crowning of a King and Queen of Peppers, pepper tasting, and more. It's a must-do event for foodies!

More than 60 different varieties of peppers. Participants include Angelina's Kitchen, Chatham Marketplace, Bean & Barrel, the Fearrington Granary, Central Carolina Community College Natural Chef Culinary Program, and more.

Piedmont Biofarm will be leading the day with a pepper tasting of his incredible number of varieties, plus farms: Dog Day Farm, Dutch Buffalo Farm, Fiddlehead Farm, Granite Springs,Okfuskee Farm, Bennett Farming, Edible Earthscapes, Screech Owl's Greenhouses, Hope Gardens, Cane Creek Farm, and Everlaughter Farm.
