All-grain Brewing Techniques for the Home Brewer – Apr 6 – 27
Informal, hands-on brewing workshop concluding with a sampling of the finished product side by side with commercial examples.

Basic Home Brewing (may be offered again in a future semester)
Course will introduce students to small-scale beer-making, equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to produce variety of beers. Course #: C-1255, Hours: 14

Home Mead Making (may be offered again in a future semester)
Students will learn how various honeys can affect mead flavor, make honey wine more unique, complex, and interesting using fruit, spices or hops. Course #: C-1764, Hours: 6

Starting Your Own Winery, Brewery or Meadery (may be offered again in a future semester)
This class will share creating a business plan, information on federal and state permits and regulations, choosing a location, and many more tips on what to think about as you consider entering this growing industry. Course #: C-1259, Hours: 6
