Takeout Tuesdays – a way to enjoy the Postal Fish experience in your own home. Each week we will have ready to eat, reheat and cook, and market items. Simply place an order by phone to (919) 704-8612 by Saturday or online until Monday at noon, and your order will be ready for pickup on Tuesday between 3pm – 6pm. Items will be fairly consistent on a weekly basis and the menu for the week will be posted on our website under the menu page (Take Out Tuesday) on Wednesdays.

Bill Hartley, born in Westwood, NJ, and raised north of the Mason-Dixon Line, Chef Hartley has always had a southern soul. Growing up in Northern Jersey and working on a local farm as a young boy inspired his love for fresh and local ingredients. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked in hotels and restaurants throughout New Jersey, New York, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and the Caribbean.
Chef Hartley specializes in incorporating locally grown ingredients with his passion for fresh seafood. He resides in Pittsboro where he enjoys hunting, and fishing in the country setting of his own backyard.
