Why is the bakery called the Phoenix?
The legend of the Phoenix bird from Roman mythology symbolically resonates within our family here at the bakery. For us, the legend is a treasured reminder of how wisdom and self-recreation go hand in hand to create a peaceful, balanced , successful existence.
We also joke and say that our good pastries come from the ashes of the burnt ones of the past like a Phoenix that rises from the ashes!
Catering is available. Please note: we are not a gluten-free facility and those with severe allergic reactions should avoid consuming our products.
