Chef Bill’s family and friends have always convened around food, evening meals were family events time to talk and socialize, birthdays, and holidays were occasions to create food that was even more spectacular than the average meal. Chef Bill was able to experience food from the east coast to the west coast, having family in different regions in the states allowing him to experience a wide range of flavors, from the fresh salmon of Alaska, to lamb of Nevada, to southern cuisine of the east coast.
A graduate of the International Culinary Schools at The Art Institute, Chef Bill has experienced elaborate food presentations, international cuisines on cruise lines, casinos, resort hotels, and from creative culinarians. With twelve years in the food industry, including the last three years with Centerplate Catering at the Raleigh Convention Center feeding thousands of people on a daily basis has led to a new enlightenment in the culinary world. Chef B now brings this experience to your table utilizing local farming resources, fresh ingredients, and international cuisines for your dining pleasures.
