Count on Me NC participant. Flair Restaurant and Wine Bar has a simple goal: we want to create a welcoming neighborhood restaurant that serves great food and drinks with passion, creativity, and style. Meeting that goal requires commitment to working hard and paying attention to customers. The words of chef Paul Prudhomme: “You don’t need a silver fork to eat good food.” Menus are available and include brunch, lunch, and dinner. Online ordering.
Many of the items on the menu are painstakingly made in-house.


Online ordering available. Outside, some dining space. Set up for tables: tablecloths removed, wrapped in plastic (all the bread plates that stay at the tables), all the silverware is wrapped and put into a little paper bag for protection. Sanitizer on all tables and a sanitizer station next to all doors, entrance, restroom, and door to the kitchen.
