Carolina Brewery & Grill is a brewpub and full-production brewery that makes everything from scratch. They opened their doors in Pittsboro in 2007, and since then, Pittsboro has brewed, canned, and kegged beers available on tap in bars and on shelves in retailers throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and East Tennessee. Their friends at Lilly Den Farm provide top-quality beef that’s fed Carolina Brewery specialty grains. Carolina Brewery & Grill also proudly uses local ingredients from the Bread Shop in Pittsboro and Chapel Hill Creamery.
