Siler City owns the Siler City Municipal Airport and contracts with Cardinal Air for its operation. They are proud to provide Phillips 66 Aviation products. Cardinal Air has never sold any aftermarket, independent, or third-party fuel. They are committed to providing trusted, top-quality fuels. Cardinal Air provides a crew car for pilots to go into town to grab a bit to eat or run short errands. They also provide Enterprise Rent-A-Car vehicles. Call the FBO to reserve your car at least a day in advance. They will have the paperwork and the car available for you. All you have to do is sign the paperwork – no trips to the rental office are required.
SILER CITY LINE SERVICES
Unicom (122.7) is manned from Mon-Sat, 9am-5pm, and Sun, 12pm-5pm. Avgas is available 24 hours per day from the self-service pump. They are happy to pump Avgas for you during business hours. The ramp is well-lit for after-hours/night-time fueling. Jet A is available during business hours and after hours by request.
Cardinal Air uses Air Associates Inc. for their avionic repairs. Air Associates, an aircraft avionics repair station at Asheboro Regional Airport, NC, has installed and repaired avionics in hundreds of general aviation aircraft for 19 years. Customers come from all over for their high-quality, low-cost avionics installations. Garmin stacks with G600/500, Aspen EFD 1000, Cobham/S-Tec, Century autopilots, Avidyne…they do it all!
Guardian Aviation Services provides Siler City maintenance services. They can handle all of your maintenance and repair needs.
- Inspections: Pre-buy, 100 hour and annual.

FLIGHT TRAINING
Flight training sessions are led by instructor Andrew Tate (no, not that one), CFII. Their aircraft are maintained on the field by Guardian Aviation Services based at Siler City Municipal Airport, so availability is maximized.
- Piper Aztec Rental: $200/hour wet (includes fuel/oil).
- Cessna 152 Rental $80/hour wet (includes fuel/oil).
- Flight instruction: $25/hour primary instruction.
- 1 Hour Discovery Flight: $75 includes training.
- Flight Reviews: $75.
- Ferry Flights/Repositioning: $250/day plus expenses.
