bmc brewing

DESCRIPTION

At bmc brewing, it’s their mission to serve Chatham County one pint at a time. They support local businesses throughout the county and the Piedmont as much as possible by purchasing supplies locally whenever available. Meet in the taproom, take a tour, hear the history of the brewery and space, and buy a flight at the finish to enjoy on the patio or indoors. Live music and open mics, pint nights and special deals, Sunday Brunch, game nights, and more events. They’ve partnered with neighbors Starrlight Mead, Vortex Roasters, and others at The Plant on collaborations and pairing dinners.

Why Cookies?

Bite My Cookies Brewing Company makes cookies from spent grains created during the brewing process. The grains are processed into flour to create delicious treats for their customers. The company is all about sustainability and community, and it uses as much solar power as possible to run the brewery and taproom.
