Big Mike’s BBQ is a locally owned restaurant that offers farm-to-table BBQ and various homemade sides. These dishes pair perfectly with its bourbon and craft beer selection. Their burgers are made with pasture-raised beef from Chatham Meat Company in Siler City. They also carry many southern sauces, rubs, and seasonings, including Pittsboro’s Cacklacky. Big Mike’s BBQ started as a mobile food truck born in the Fall of 2011 when Michael Markham followed his lifelong dream of providing his local community and surrounding areas with some of NC’s best barbecue. The red BBQ barn can be found throughout the Triangle during the week. They also offer catering seven days a week.
