Aromatic Roasters is a coffee shop in downtown Pittsboro that sources and roasts single-origin coffee from around the globe. Through direct trade, they buy the highest quality, highest cup-scoring coffees from Ethiopia, Kenya, Burundi, Costa Rica, Honduras, Columbia, Guatemala, and Indonesia. Favorite drinks include espresso shots, Aztech mochas, fresh raspberry lemonade (seasonal), chai lattes, and Thai teas. They also have a small selection of baked goods. There’s enough seating inside and out to set up for remote work or hold a one-on-one conversation.
They’ve won the annual coffee competition at the N.C. State Fair a couple of times over the last few years.
