Venison Dinner at The Sycamore

Join The Sycamore at Chatham Mills for a one-night-only Venison Dinner experience on Sat, Jan 31, 5pm-8:30pm, featuring a curated, multi-course venison menu. This will be the only menu served for the evening. Please contact the restaurant in advance regarding allergies or dietary restrictions. All tables, regardless of size, will have a 2-hour window to enjoy their dining experience. Reservations are required. The cost is $90 per person.

- Amuse Bouche: Venison and Wild Mushroom Ragout in a Crispy Pasta Nest.
- First Course: Venison Sausage-Stuffed Quail with a Frisée and Black Currant Reduction.
- Second Course: Watercress and Pea Shoot Salad with Candied Turnips, Fried Sunchokes, and a Blood Orange Vinaigrette.
- Entrée Course: Grilled Venison Loin with a Black Currant Bordelaise, Fondant Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables, and Fried Fennel.
- Dessert Medley: Chocolate Cheesecake and a Cream Cheese Turnover with Poached Apples and a Cinnamon Glaze.
