The Children’s Culinary Institute, led by Chef Arlena, and in partnership with Chatham County Parks & Recreation, presents a Spring Break Clinic – Cupcake Wars – Ages 10-15 on Wed, Apr 2 and Thu, Apr 3, 1pm-3pm. This two-day cupcake war will be such a blast! On day one, students will make cakes, learn about fillings and flavors, and practice some decorating skills and pastry bag techniques. On day two, they will be given all the supplies and tools to make the cupcake from the day before and create an amazing masterpiece to submit for the competition. One of the six cupcakes will be submitted, and five of the six will go home with each student. Your child will enjoy this fun and creative way to spend the middle of spring break!
