Embrace a journey towards rest, both for yourself and the community, with Rest & Reclaim Day Retreat Sun, Nov 5, 10am-6pm at Southwind Retreat Center. This is a full-day, in-person retreat. The day opens with a ceremony acknowledging yourselves, the land, and the practices, followed by guided practices, as well as solo and group interactive and reflective spaces.
