At Printmaking/Block Printing for Teens (Beginners), learn the basics of block printing using easy linocut tools and techniques. You’ll sharpen your drawing and sketching skills, carve stamps, and make a fun canvas bag that represents your style. Supplies are included. Instructed by Dolly Sickles. This one-class session takes place Sat, Nov 1, 10am-12pm. Registration opens Mon, Sep 22, and closes Mon, Oct 27.

This event is held indoors at the new Chatham County Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources (CCPRCR) Arts Center, located at 964 East Street, Suite 105, Pittsboro, NC 23712, on the backside of the building. To access the studio, drive straight through the open gate and look for the sign that reads “Arts Center”. Visual Arts participants are permitted to park in the back parking lot.
