Pittsboro’s Finally Fridays Art Walks are held every Third Friday, 5pm-8pm , in downtown Pittsboro (Hillsboro Street and Pittsboro’s Social District). This FREE, family-friendly monthly event highlights Pittsboro’s vibrant downtown and artistic community. Shops spill onto the sidewalks, creating a festive atmosphere. Community artists form Art Pods with a boho vibe.  Experience Pittsboro Finally Fridays Arts Walk through the eyes of its beloved sheep mascot, who is small in stature but full of personality.

This event is free to the public and participating artists. Events for 2025 will be held on the following dates:

“Together We Make the Difference – Join Us to Give Back and Strengthen Our Community” is the theme for November, which celebrates Pittsboro’s community spirit and is designed for people of all ages and backgrounds to unite, discover, and take action. This event inspires everyone to get involved—whether by volunteering, donating, or simply showing up—to help create positive change. Local nonprofits and food banks will be present to help you discover the numerous ways your participation makes a difference. Explore the displays in the Downtown Pittsboro Social District and discover how you can contribute to building a more caring and connected community. Whether it’s your first time volunteering or you’re a seasoned helper, every effort counts—and every person can make a difference.

This FREE, family-friendly event takes place outdoors along the streets and sidewalks of downtown Pittsboro. There are no fees to participate. Downtown Pittsboro and its businesses have typical ADA accommodations. Parking is free and available within walking distance to the event.
