Join Vino!! Wine Shop for an Oyster & Wine Social on Sat, May 30, 5:30pm-8pm. Adam Brinson, a Pittsboro resident with Eastern roots, will be there shucking his raw “Miss Pam’s” oysters, which he grows on the Bay River in Pamlico County. The oysters are sweet and mild with a medium salinity, pairing well with a variety of accouterments. Along with Adam, Bill Hartley and Jaime Lewert of J Dubs Po’ Boys will be there serving up oyster stew and smoked oyster bruschetta.

On top of all this fabulous food focused on oysters, you will also taste 8 wines from 2 wine purveyors that pair perfectly with oysters. Space is limited and cost TBA.
