First Course: Sherried shrimp bisque.

Second Course: Choice of pan-seared crab cake with Frisee salad and piquant sauce OR local mixed greens with hazelnut goat cheese and champagne vinaigrette.

Third Course: Choice of:

• Slow braised short ribs with garlic mashed potatoes.
• Crispy duck with mango demi-glaze and fingerling potato hash.
• Seared scallops served with a brown butter sauce and pumpkin risotto.
• Wild mushroom and black truffle risotto.

Fourth Course: Choice of either a vanilla pot de creme with fresh berries and a mascarpone whip OR mini Bombaloni’s – vanilla and chocolate-filled doughnuts with cinnamon gelato.
