The Children’s Culinary Institute, led by Chef Arlena, and in partnership with Chatham County Parks & Recreation, presents National Strawberry Month on Fri, May 16, 9am-3pm. Come celebrate strawberry season in so many tasty ways! You can join for one two-hour session or stay all day and create strawberry recipes until you turn pink! The class schedule is as follows:

• 9am-11am: Strawberry Protein Pancakes and Homemade Strawberry Granola Parfait.
• 11am-1pm: Strawberry Feta Flatbread and Strawberry Pesto Pasta.
• 1pm-3pm: Strawberry Fruit Salsa with Shortbread Chips.

This event takes place at the Chatham Grove Community Center.
